1. Since it is purely handmade, the ear trimming cannot be exactly the same and completely symmetrical, but there will be no big difference.
2. The product are neatly arranged before sending out, but due to express delivery, it may be messy and flat. So When using for the first time, it is recommended to shake the trimmed floating hair or use a hair dryer to blow off the floating hair. Use a comb to comb before wearing.
3. The ears cannot touch water. It is recommended to store and protect it when not wearing it.
4. The bell bows on the ears are removable.
