➡️ SHIPPING
Sabers ship directly to you, after quality control testing. Shipping time will depend on available stock and order volume. Typically, you can expect to receive your order 2-3 weeks after time of payment, but depending on availability, it can take up to 4 weeks. You may not receive a tracking number for 1-3 weeks, but this will be updated once your saber ships.
We take your orders very seriously, and due to the saber construction and quality control process, we ask for your understanding as we take the necessary time to ensure your new saber exceeds the quality you expect and deserve.
➡️ RETURNS & WARRANTY
You can request a return within 14 days, no questions asked, because we are committed to your satisfaction. Once this request is processed, you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to package and ship out the saber to our USA-based team.
You must reach out within the 14 day window from the estimated delivery date to start the return process. You should receive your money back 5-8 days after the item(s) is/are received back. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of $25. The saber must be in its original condition to receive a full refund (no damage due to dueling, or marks on the blade from the retention screw). You must also ship the item(s) in 1 shipment (using 1 shipping label) to avoid complications.
We also include a 1-Year Warranty for any manufacturer defects. These sabers are quite sturdy but for obvious reasons we cannot offer a warranty for damage due to dueling. If there are any defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please document any issue with photos and message me in my profile within 1 year of the product’s estimated shipping arrival date.
**Any adjustments made to the electronics or physical aspects of the hilt will void our return policy and 1-year warranty**
