– Using finely tuned printers you are sure to get the highest quality in your mask. We don’t turn up the speed to get them out faster (which creates unsightly layer lines), we print them at the speed to get you the quality you deserve.
– Your Mask will be available for shipment within 5 business days. The printing and post processing takes a bit of time. You will receive a mask with high enough quality to match your expectations.
– We don’t rush our prints; we print at appropriate speeds, line width, with the right amount of infill, and outer walls to ensure exceptional quality, durability, and satisfaction.
– Masks comes scaled to fit 24″ head size. I currently do not offer upscaling or different sizes at the moment. As these masks are made to order I do not offer returns/refunds. If there is an issue with the mask, please reach out to me and we can discuss the situation. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
– We welcome personalized orders and look forward to discussing them with you.
– High Quality Filament – Our toys are done in PLA so they will be safe to handle by your child.
– We only have a handful of different color options right now, but our inventory is growing. We do not spread ourselves thin with different types of filaments as some are not safe for children nor are they the best option for toys.
– Orders will be processed and shipped out as they are received.
– Personalized orders are subject to delay due to our quality standards.
