Handcrafted Kumihimo braid for Katana/Wakizashi/Tanto sageo

Sageo is a cord that was traditionally used (and is still used today by students of the Japanese sword arts) to secure the scabbard of a Katana to the belt (Obi) of the person who will wield it.

*If you have a specific colour preference, add it to the message at the bottom.For example “navy blue” vs “blue”
– Primary Colour: The colour that will make up more that 50% of the braid
– Secondary Colour: Will take up the remainder of the braid and create the pattern
– Accent Colour:If desired, please put into “message” section at the order checkout the desired accent colour.This colour will have minimal presence on the braid.
– Please select at least 2 colours!
