POLICY! PLEASE READ!
The shipping to US usually takes 30-40 days (sometimes even less). This only depends on the customs of the destined country and not up to us. In case the item arrived late, and the buyer wants a refund the policy is next: The buyer is sending the item back to us and we received the information from the post office and a new tracking number we will issue a refund.
In case the buyer says the item has not arrived, from the moment when buyer reports this there is a processing time 2 weeks until we confirm that the item has not arrived.If the item arrived in those 2 weeks and buyer still wants a refund the item needs to be shipped back to us with the tracking. When the shipment is confirmed, we will issue a refund.
