Scarlet Scarab Swords 3D printed DIY cosplay props

In the Moon Knight series the Scarlet Scarab Superhero was introduced as the avatar of goddess’ Taweret wielding double swords.

The 3D printed sword is split in 4 pieces and includes 1/8” rods for alignment and assembly strength at the joints.

When fully assembled the sword is 33 inches long (845mm).

Ready for glue assembly, sanding and finishing.

Seconds option = Not all prints come off the 3D printer with good quality. Issues like over extrusion, layer shifts, improper cooling. That leaves parts that are structurally ok but,have surface finish issues that will need some additional sanding and filler putty to make them look nice. So if you are willing to do a lit more finishing work and save some money this option is for you. The last image is off the second items.
