Important. We recommend wearing a CocoNuts boxer/harness available HERE This is ideal for keeping the prosthesis in place and providing you with optimal comfort. Our soft packers can also be glued with a medical adhesive for prostheses. The flap/Tab can also be cut if necessary.

* All our soft packers are really soft they are even more so when they are warmed with the heat of the body. But if you need, we can make them even softer on request but be aware that they are already very soft and the ingredient to make them even softer will make them sticky. But if you want that, simply indicate it in the comments when purchasing and I’ll be happy to do it for you.

It is a phallic replica of a cis man but beware this packer is quite imposing and very dense, the scrotum is not to be neglected, it is large in size and suitable for those who like to have a more pronounced bump and a good pair of balls!
