RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within12 hours. In cancellations exceeding12 hours, 30% of the product price is deducted as inventory cost and the rest is refunded.
Returns of personalized (text engraved) and custom-made (custom size/custom design) products are NOT accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
A %30 of cost deduction is made for the refund of the returned product.

Put your unused, undamaged jewelry back in its packaging, please send it as received. Include the return or exchange note.
After shipping, please send us the tracking number. (Customer is responsible for tracking until the package reaches us)
Please make sure you seal your return securely. (We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages you send to us.) Shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
