Vintage tribal Red Dao women silver necktie.
Age is over 40 years and very good condition.
It seems that formerly all or most Dao women wore an undergarment beneath their tunic to cover their chest.This garment,which maybe called a bib or a bodice,evolved over the years into several forms,and silver jewelry was added to it along with decorative embroidery.
The percent of this silver is 20 percent silver like silverplate
It was handmade,hand carved inrectangle piece and hand embroidered with silk,cotton threads
