We have designed the sword in two sizes. The regular size is 102cm, which is the standard size for a traditional samurai sword. Additionally, we have recreated the optimal size from the game, which is 130cm. This longer size not only provides a more accurate representation but also enhances the visual appeal.
Regarding the choice of sword material, we have utilized both stainless steel and carbon steel. The stainless steel blade is Dull, as it is intended for decorative purposes. However, for an authentic samurai sword experience, we have used carbon steel, which is capable of being sharpened. Our carbon steel swords are “Battle Ready” and suitable for functional use.
When it comes to carbon steel, we offer two options: High carbon steel and T10 high carbon steel. The T10 high carbon steel undergoes a differential hardening process, known as “hamon,” which results in a visually appealing and sharper blade. This technique enhances the overall cutting performance of the sword compared to regular carbon steel.
